Hands-On Senior Product Lead (Part-Time, Hybrid) at AR.VO
AR.VO, a pioneering company in the creation of web3-native personal computers in the form of augmented reality goggles, is currently seeking a driven and experienced Hands-On Senior Product Lead. This part-time, hybrid position is open to candidates in Helsinki and across Finland, with compensation solely offered in the form of stock options, reflecting our belief in sharing the company's success with our team.
Role Overview:
As a Hands-On Senior Product Lead, you will oversee and drive the development of our cutting-edge AR goggles, including the accompanying software platform solutions and apps around Android, web, and Unity. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to product excellence will play a vital role in guiding our product from conception to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the product roadmap, balancing resources, priorities, and timelines.
- Oversee and participate in the design, development, and release of software platform solutions and apps, specifically around Android, web, and Unity.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Guide teams through the development process, identifying and resolving roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Actively participate in all phases of product development, including concept, design, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, using findings to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Communicate product progress and key decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; an MBA or related Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior product leadership role, with a track record of driving product development from conception to launch.
- Hands-on experience with software development for Android, web, and Unity platforms.
- Strong understanding of AR/VR technologies and the associated user experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, enabling remote and in-person work across Finland. Compensation for this role is provided entirely in the form of stock options.
