Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer (Part-Time, Hybrid) at AR.VO

Role Overview:
As a Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of our technical efforts, steering the development of our AR goggles, with a focus on the Linux/Android/Unity stack. Your expertise in full stack development and leadership capabilities will greatly contribute to the continued innovation and success of our product.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of our AR goggles on the Linux/Android/Unity stack, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and optimize features and improvements.
- Participate in all phases of software development, including concept, design, testing, and deployment.
- Implement effective security protocols and data protection measures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and technical complexities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in Linux/Android/Unity environments.
- Proficiency in several of the following languages, frameworks, and environments is highly desirable:
- Languages: JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, Kotlin, Rust.
- Frameworks: Node.js, Angular, React, Vue.js, Django, Flask.
- Environments: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git.
- Solid understanding of AR/VR technologies and related user experiences.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems is a plus.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the option for remote and in-person work across Finland. Compensation for this role is provided entirely in the form of stock options.
